1) Order Cancellation

  • Physical products:

Please make sure you cancel your order within 36 hours of the date of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled if they have entered the shipping process

  • Virtual Products:

Orders of virtual products cannot be canceled at any time after purchase - except orders being canceled for reasons due to our error.


Orders must be cancelled within 36 hours from the date of purchase. Every canceled order is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total payment, which may include credit card, transaction, and processing fees. Please email us at frxshopify@flexiroam.com to cancel your order

2) Refunds and Exchange

  • Physical products:

We always ensure that all products are 100% authentic, sealed and in original condition. Before you make a purchase, please keep in mind that we do not accept returns. Physical products can be, however, exchanged or repaired if there is a manufacturing fault. Flexiroam is not liable for any faulty products. Please send your purchase to the original manufacturer.

If you purchased an iPhone, visit Apple and check their coverage in your area. Apple's Limited Warranty for iPhone covers your iPhone for one year from the date of original purchase.

Returns and exchanges are not available for Google Pixel phones. Currently, device protection is only available in the U.S. and Canada. Please visit Google Merchandise Store to learn more. Alternatively, you can get your device repaired by contacting Google Store in your country.

  • Virtual Products:

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable*:

eSIM Profile Activation
Global Data Pass
Local Data Pass

*Refund Exception: Refunds will be considered if there is a mistake from our end. 10% Refund charges will apply. Refunds will not be processed for reasons not due to our error. Credit Card refunds will take up to 60 days to process, depending on your credit card billing cycle. Wallet Credit refunds are immediately reflected on your Flexiroam account.

3) Replacement

For security and privacy reasons, your Flexiroam eSIM is non-transferable between two different devices. In order to use your existing Flexiroam account on another device, you will have to request for a new eSIM: simply order a new eSIM from our website or via app.
